Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier 2026

The ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier 2026 will determine the final four spots for the 2026 Women’s T20 World Cup, serving as the seventh edition of this pathway event held in Nepal from January 12 to February 2, 2026.

Ten teams will compete in a group stage divided into two pools of five, with the top two from each advancing to semifinals and a final, all in a T20 format across venues in Kathmandu and other key grounds. The qualifiers include teams from regional events such as Namibia, Zimbabwe (Africa), United States (Americas), Ireland, Netherlands (Europe), Thailand (East Asia-Pacific), and others like Scotland, Samoa, and Vanuatu.

U19 Cricket World Cup 2026

The 16th edition of the U19 World Cup 2026 will be played in a 50-over tournament, co-hosted by Zimbabwe and Namibia from January 15 to February 6, 2026. A total of 41 matches will unfold across five venues: Harare Sports Club and Takashinga Sports Club (Harare), Queens Sports Club (Bulawayo) in Zimbabwe, and Namibia Cricket Ground and HP Cricket Club Oval (Windhoek) in Namibia, following a group stage with 16 teams in four pools of four, Super Sixes, semifinals, and a final at Harare Sports Club.

Automatically qualified teams from 2024 include Australia (defending champions), India (five-time winners), England, Pakistan, South Africa, New Zealand, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, and West Indies, joined by hosts Zimbabwe and qualifiers Ireland, Scotland, USA, and debutants Tanzania.

WPL 2026

The Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2026 fourth edition is scheduled to start from January 7 to February 3, 2026, with five franchises locked in a double round-robin league of 20 matches, where the top three advances to playoffs: Eliminator and Final.

The 22-game matches league splits between DY Patil Stadium (Navi Mumbai, league phase with double-headers) and BCA Stadium (Vadodara, playoffs). The teams are Delhi Capitals, Gujarat Giants, Mumbai Indians (defending champions), Royal Challengers Bengaluru, and UP Warriorz.

New Zealand vs India 2026

New Zealand will tour India for a white-ball series from January 11 to 31, 2026, encompassing three ODIs and five T20Is. The ODIs will played at Kotambi Stadium in Vadodara (January 11), followed by Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Rajkot (January 14) and Holkar Stadium in Indore (January 18).

The T20Is matches will held at Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium in Nagpur (January 21), Nirode Miller Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow (January 23), Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati (January 25), Dr. Y.S. England will tour Sri Lanka from January 22 to February 3, 2026, for a white-ball preparatory series ahead of the T20 World Cup, featuring three ODIs and three T20Is. The ODIs light up at R. West Indies vs South Africa 2026
